welcome to our place where we can share ideas about effective Pd practice with out professial learning groups . Hopefully through the PLG process you will learn lots too . The imporatnt thing is not to think it is about being an expert but to become more skilled at reflections on pracice and creating change for students ansd improving their achievement .
Thank you for offering to take a PLG and we will give you some more ideas tomorrow at the meeting in my office. Sharee and Noreen have the INSTEP draft findings with lots of readings and references to what makes for teacher change and development so if you want to read let us know .

Lol, um, actually you did save it as a draft. Next time, when you have a choice between "Save Now" and "publish post", publishing will make it appear on the main page.
I'm really excited about my new group and the chance to reflect on inquiry in teaching in learning by running a PLG group through inquiry. ( I hope this just made sense) I use tuning in type activites to get a baseline of where everyones thoughts are and this is what we reflect on as we move through the PLG.Have a good weekend.
